Domain transfer

If you have an existing domain and would like to transfer it, it is important to inform your current host that you will be transferring to our network (domain name servers). To help you get started please complete the short form below and we will send you an e mail detailing all the steps required to move your domain.

For most international TLDs you will need to instruct your current registrar to ‘unlock’ your domain for transfer. This needs to happen before you initiate the transfer process.
The transfer process is free and we will complete it on your behalf however a renewal fee will be charged to your account upon the successful transfer of the domain.
An Authorisation Code will be required to action the transfer of international TLDs (all domains except .co.za). Please request the code from your current hosting provider.
