How do I qualify for the 30 day refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services, and you notify us in writing within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of those services up to date of termination. Direct (3rd party) costs incurred by Us will, however, not be refunded (for example domain name(s) registrations, man-hours and traffic volume). Refunds will be made by electronic bank transfer to a legitimate bank account.
