Why doesn’t Eze Hosting offer a ‘cash monthly’ payment option?

Our administrative systems are specifically designed to support the following payment methods:

Annually by cash invoice in advance
Annually by debit order
Monthly by debit order only

We can not make any exceptions to the above payment options. The debit order system is consciously employed to efficiently manage the billing cycle for several hundred customers.

Were we to introduce a cash monthly option, we would complicate the monthly reconciliation process, making our administration inefficient, costly and error prone (to the ultimate detriment of our customers). Our systems have therefore purposely been defined in the best interest of our users.
